Community Building Rental

Red Lion Community Building is located in Fairmount Park (190 S Charles St). This community center offers a great space for family gatherings, workshops, classes, holiday celebrations, and much more. The Center offers ample round and buffet style tables along with plenty of chairs for all. The maximum capacity is 190 guests. Kitchen includes commercial refrigerator, oven and gas range, and large sink.

PLEASE NOTE- JUST BECAUSE A DATE SHOWS AVAILABLE ON THE CALENDAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT IS. 

YOUR CONTRACT CAN NOT  BE ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH A STAFF MEMBER AND CONFIRMED YOUR DATE AND TIME.

THE PARKING LOT BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND PUNKIN PATCH/ THE BASEBALL WAREHOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY RED LION RECREATION/ BOROUGH PARKING. PLEASE USE LOWER LOT ALONG FAIRVIEW STREET, PARKING NEAR CELL TOWER, PARKING ALONG THE BUILDING ITSELF, AND PARKING IN THE PARK BY THE LIBRARY FOR YOUR EVENTS. 

PRICING:

Room Rental with Kitchen $400 (5hr includes set up and clean up) 

$50 for each additional hour

$100 security deposit

Due at the time of signed agreement, dates will NOT be held without payment and agreement. 

This will be returned when the building has been inspected after your rental.

IF THE BUILDING HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED OR ANY PROPERTY OF RED LION RECREATION HAS BEEN DAMAGED, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED AND THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE HALL IS UNDER VIDEO AND AUDIO SURVEILLANCE AT ALL TIMES. 

ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER AN EVENT BECOME PROPERTY OF RED LION RECREATION. 

IF RENTERS USE MORE HOURS THAN THEIR CONTRACTED TIME, THEY WILL BE BILLED FOR THOSE ADDITIONAL HOURS, ROUNDED TO THE NEXT WHOLE HOUR.
