Looking to get active after the Holidays? This is a great class to kick off your new year! Join Certified Fitness Instructor Meghan Gray EVERY TUESDAY in January for Interval Training class. This class will mix light cardio movement and weight training in intervals where you will work at your own pace.
This is a great class for ALL fitness levels.
Dates of class; Jan 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th
Time of Class: 6pm to 7pm
Location: Red Building located at 190 S Charles Street Red Lion
**Registration fee is due at time of Registration. Class is $25 for the 4-week session. In case of inclement weather and the class is canceled we will offer a make-up class on a Tuesday in Feb.
***You will need to bring your own yoga mat & set of dumbbell weights of your choice.
